1. About us and these terms

This site is operated by LewJonesssTCG ("we", "us", "our"), of Unit 169325, PO Box 7169, Poole, BH15 9EL, England. By placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract to buy from us. By ordering, you confirm that you are.

3. Products and descriptions

We describe every item as accurately as we can. Raw singles are conditioned honestly and graded slabs are listed exactly as graded by the relevant grading company. Please note:

• Many cards, especially singles and graded slabs, are one-of-a-kind. Once sold, that exact item is gone.
• Photographs are of the actual item where shown, but screens vary and minor differences in colour are normal.
• We list items in good faith but do not guarantee that all content is error-free.

4. Pricing

• Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to our prices.
• Delivery charges are shown separately and added at checkout (see our Shipping & Delivery policy).
• If we discover a genuine pricing error before dispatch, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel, and we will not be obliged to supply at the wrong price.

5. How a contract is formed

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you confirmation that your order has been dispatched. If we cannot fulfil your order — for example, because an item sold out or was bought by someone else moments earlier — we will tell you and refund any payment in full. No contract exists for unfulfilled items.

6. Payment

Payment is taken securely at checkout through Stripe. We do not store your card details. By submitting payment you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

7. Collector points (loyalty)

Where the Collector points scheme is available, points are earned and redeemed as described on the site. Points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable. We may change or withdraw the scheme, and adjust or remove points obtained in error or through misuse, at our discretion.

8. Delivery, risk and ownership

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes once we have received payment in full and the goods have been delivered.

9. Cancellations and returns

As a consumer you have a legal right to cancel most online orders, and separate rights if goods are faulty or not as described. Full details, including how to start a return, are in our Returns & Refunds policy.

10. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited — including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that are not a foreseeable result of our breach, or for business losses, and our total liability for any order will not exceed the price paid for it.

11. Accounts and acceptable use

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to interfere with it, or use it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

12. Intellectual property and trademarks

The LewJonesssTCG name, logo and site content are ours or used under licence. Pokémon and all related names, sets and card designs are trademarks of their respective owners. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, or any grading company. Trademarked names are used only to describe the genuine products we sell.

13. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as postal disruption, extreme weather or supplier failure. We will let you know and, where appropriate, offer a refund.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you place it. The "last updated" date above shows the current version.
