1. Where we ship

We ship to the United Kingdom only. Addresses are entered securely at checkout.

2. Dispatch time

In-stock orders are packed and posted within 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation when your order is on its way.

3. Delivery options and cost

Delivery is calculated at checkout:

We dispatch with Royal Mail (Tracked 48), so every order is tracked and insured. Estimated delivery times are guidance, not guarantees, and begin once the order is dispatched.

4. How your order is packed

Every card ships sleeved in rigid protection, fully tracked and insured. High-value orders are double-boxed as standard, at no extra charge, so your cards arrive exactly as they left.

5. Tracking your order

Once dispatched, we will send you tracking details by email so you can follow your parcel to the door.

6. Delays

Very occasionally the postal network runs slow, especially over busy periods. If your parcel is clearly delayed beyond the estimate, contact us and we will chase it with the courier.

7. Lost or damaged in transit

All orders are insured. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours of the expected or actual delivery, with photos of any damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full detail.

8. Incorrect address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur a further postage charge.

9. Risk and ownership

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Full ownership passes once we have received payment in full, as set out in our Terms & Conditions.
